Hello
My name is Kelly, and I love helping people improve their health. Whether you are struggling with bowel or bladder issues, have pelvic pain, or are journeying through pregnancy, I'd love the chance to work with you!

My Story
I graduated from Duquesne University with my Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2002, then received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University in 2009. After a decade of orthopedic and inpatient physical therapy, I pursued advanced training in pelvic health physical therapy to treat pelvic floor dysfunction and provide peripartum care. Throughout my treatment of women and men with pelvic health issues, I began to notice that the lifestyle changes I was encouraging them to try (i.e. nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management) were extremely effective in changing how they felt and functioned. I decided to became a board-certified health and wellness coach to better help my patients improve their overall health in addition to their pelvic health. I absolutely love taking a holistic approach with my patients and find it to be very effective. Having 4 kids of my own (delivering one at age 41!), I have experienced both c-section and VBACs and understand many of the joys and challenges of childbirth and beyond. I enjoy working with women at any part of their pregnancy and postpartum journey. I also enjoy helping men finally get the care they need. I live in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with my husband and kids and enjoy biking, all things gut health, going for walks, and cross country trips with my family.
